• Immunological assays
  • Bioceros has a vast experience in assays for immune system related diseases (inflammation, allergy, auto-immunity and cancer). Besides routine assays for monoclonal antibodies, like Flow Cytometry and ELISA, we are specialized in functional cell-based assays for selecting and testing these molecules. We offer assaying and assay development in both cell-lines and primary isolated cells to customers.
  • Selection assays have been developed using human T cells, B cells, monocytes, dendritic cells, macrophages, (pre)-adipocytes with various read-outs and included ADCC/CDC, MLR and cytokine release assays
  • Custom designed developmental assays like potency assays, release assays, identity ELISA and immunogenicity assays have been development for several clients and assays have been transferred to GMP/GLP facilities
• Pre-clinical studies
  • We support companies on GLP-compliant toxicology studies and proof of concept studies of anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer drugs in animal models (rodents and non-human primate) like e.g. EAE, IBD, asthma, cancer and sepsis. This can be performed on a consultancy basis or by managing the entire project.
