• Bioceros generates novel monoclonal antibodies using the conventional immunization in mice. Mouse monoclonal antibodies are diverse, of high affinity and easy to humanize. Unlike binders isolated from a phage display library, mouse hybridomas secrete bivalent antibodies, which allows selection in their therapeutic format. In addition, this technology is not encumbered by IP claims and consequently needed licenses. 

• After selection of lead hybridomas, cDNA sequences coding for mouse VH and VL are determined and expressed on human IgG/k constant regions.
  
  
• Subsequent humanization is performed by our partner for humanization and various humanized versions of the antibody lead are tested in our functional potency assay.
